TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MAIL ORDER CUSTOMERS

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
By placing an order for goods or services promoted by Cole's Traditional Foods Limited, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as governing your order. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions specified here, you must not order from Cole's Traditional Foods Limited.

Order Acceptance
The sale of Cole's Traditional Foods products shall not be considered complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase is signified when we process your credit card. Cole's Traditional Foods reserves the right to decline your order at any time up until the moment we charge your credit card.

Customer Order Cancellation
You may cancel your Cole's Traditional Foods order by notice to us at any time provided that no part of the goods have been despatched to you. In the event of such valid cancellation no charge will be made.

Prices
All prices shown in UK Pounds Sterling. Cole's Traditional Foods Limited explicitly retains the right at any time to revise prices to take account of any increases in costs including the increase of imposition of any tax, duty, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.

Should the price change between accepting the order and delivery, you will be given the option to cancel your order and get your money back.

Delivery
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within 14 days of receipt for UK deliveries and within 25 days of receipt for delivery to all other countries. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this time-scale or on any particular day or dates. Should we not be able to deliver within the above delivery dates, we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS FEATURES ON THE COLE'S TRADITIONAL FOODS LTD WEBSITE MAY CONTAIN NUTS AND ARE UNSUITABLE FOR ANYONE WHO SUFFERS FROM ANY FORM OF NUT ALLERGY.

Quality Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your Cole's Traditional Foods purchases and offer a Quality Guarantee on everything you buy from us. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, simply email us within 10 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged/defective items to be sent to you free of charge or credit you with a full refund of the purchase price providing you have complied with the following conditions:

i. You inform us of your complaint by email within 10 days of receiving your order.
ii. At our request, you agree to return the goods in question to reach us within 21 days of the date you originally received them.
iii. You pre-pay the cost of return postage and packing. Cole's Traditional Foods will refund this cost to you providing we are satisfied that the goods were either faulty when despatched or were damaged in transit.

Cole's Traditional Foods shall have no obligations or liabilities of any kind in respect of goods purchased from the website which are returned for any other reason or where the above conditions have not been followed. In such instances, we shall have the right to refuse the return if in our opinion it is not justified. Under these circumstances, the goods will be returned to you at your cost.

Refunds
If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those which you ordered, we will provide the option of a full refund (including postage and packing). We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment.

Complaint Procedure
On receiving any complaint, Coles Traditional Foods Limited shall respond promptly and effectively and shall take action appropriate to the seriousness and frequency of the problem. We shall acknowledge any complaint within five working days and endeavour to resolve the matter with you within fifteen working days. If we are unable to resolve the matter within this time, we will notify you of accordingly and keep you informed of further progress.

Legal Liability
The contracts for the sale of goods or services by Cole's Traditional Foods Limited from this website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them. Cole's Traditional Foods Limited shall have no liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by you, however caused. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
